We are Rithm

An asset manager focused on real estate and financial services.

Delivering over 10 years of strong and stable results

We were founded in 2013 under Fortress Investment Group to capitalize on a compelling investment opportunity in mortgage servicing rights (MSR). What was once solely a manager of MSRs, Rithm has grown into an investment platform with a diverse and opportunistic portfolio across the real estate and financial services sectors. Our portfolio of investments and operating companies has a successful track record of performing across changing economic environments.

Exceptional operational expertise

Over time, we’ve developed scalable asset manufacturing capabilities with the addition of companies like Newrez, Genesis Capital, and others. This ecosystem of closely managed operating companies allows us to better source, acquire, securitize, and manage assets—capturing long-term value and market insights for a competitive advantage.

Redefining the manager-to-investor relationship

We believe success is defined by the strength of our relationships. Only through the collaboration found in more bespoke, nimbler environments, can we capitalize on a dynamic, continuously evolving market. We bring an exceptional level of transparency and access to our investment partnerships—which we think is critical to driving superior results.

Welcoming a new era of company growth

Rithm has opened a new London office, and is expanding its investment platform through private capital to further diversify and create opportunities for growth into the future. Join us as we embark on this exciting new chapter.
